afu（1984年生），插畫創作者，台中人。
擅長以手繪水彩描繪生活日常與心靈風景，風格溫暖細膩，融合童趣與詩意。其筆下角色「大白兔」擁有豐富情感與陪伴意味，是其創作世界的重要象徵，象徵著柔軟、堅定與對家人的深厚情感連結。高中畢業後，雖然順利考取大學，但因當時尚無插畫相關科系，毅然在入學一週後選擇休學，於2003年全心投入插畫創作，踏上屬於自己的手繪之路。

2006年至2009年間遷居台北，期間累積了大量商業插畫與接案經驗，合作範疇涵蓋出版、品牌、廣告等多元領域。在繁忙的案量中逐漸體悟：真正想創作的，不只是他人委託的圖像，而是來自內心深處的故事與感受。

2010年返鄉台中，成立個人插畫工作室，專注於水彩創作、角色開發、教學與繪本故事發展。afu的創作深受日常生活啟發，擅長以層層堆疊的水彩技法，營造柔和光影與細膩氛圍，讓觀者在畫中尋得片刻安靜與慰藉。除了持續推出個人創作，也積極開展角色IP發展，期望透過插畫將溫度與想像傳遞到更多人的心中。


I’m afu, an illustrator from Taichung and the creator of “afu Illustration Journal.”
Since 2003, I’ve been drawing every single day. It’s been almost twenty years walking this creative path — from simple line art to watercolor illustrations. Each piece reflects my emotions and thoughts, capturing moments of life and inner feelings.
To me, “afu Illustration Journal” is more than just a collection of artworks — it’s a way for me to connect and communicate with the world.
Through my illustrations, I hope to bring you warmth, serenity, and a sense of gentle companionship.

She specializes in watercolor illustrations that capture the warmth of everyday life and the quiet beauty of emotional landscapes. Her signature character, The White Rabbit, serves as a gentle symbol of inner strength, companionship, and a deep connection to family and memory. After graduating from high school, afu was accepted into university, but quickly realized that her true passion lay in illustration. As there were no illustration departments available at the time, she made the bold decision to leave school just one week after enrolling. In 2003, she began her journey as a full-time illustrator.
Between 2006 and 2009, afu lived in Taipei, where she worked on a wide range of commercial illustration projects in fields such as publishing, branding, and advertising. Although the work was diverse and enriching, she eventually discovered that her deepest joy came from creating personal, heartfelt stories through art.
In 2010, afu returned to her hometown Taichung and established her own studio, focusing on watercolor painting, original character development, teaching, and picture book storytelling. Her art is rooted in everyday inspiration and uses layered watercolor techniques to create soft lighting and emotional depth. Through her work, afu hopes to offer comfort, imagination, and a quiet sense of presence to those who encounter her illustrations.

2003年から、毎日一筆一筆描き続けてきました。この道を歩んで、もうすぐ20年になります。最初は線画から始まり、現在は水彩画を中心に制作しています。一枚一枚の作品には、日々の暮らしの気づきや、心の想いが込められています。
「afuイラスト日誌」は、私にとって単なる作品集ではなく、世界と対話するための手段でもあります。
