Please note: Please leave the correct recipient's name (Do Not use Nick name), phone number and address to avoid being unable to pick up the package. If additional shipping charges are incurred due to incorrect receiving information, the buyer will be responsible for the relevant costs.

下單時，系統會顯示免運，實際運費請於收到包裹後，支付給順豐快遞人員。
運送時間：2~5天，實際時間依快遞公司為準。
其他海外地區 : 郵局
運費依照各地區不同，收取不同之固定運費。若實際運費高於固定運費，會再請您補足差額。

✦ 泰 國：NT$450 / 8-11天
✦ 美 國：NT$1275 / 10-14天
✦ 加拿大：NT$1225 / 14-18天
✦ 新加坡：NT$435 / 8-10天
✦ 馬來西亞：NT$385 / 8-11天
請注意：各地區的進口關稅不同，若領取包裹時，需收取商品關稅，一律由買家自行支付。
如遇購物節、聖誕節、新年或其他熱門時段，運送時間將以物流公司配送時間為主。

Please note:
Countries have different tariff standards. If Customs charges you a customs duty when picking up the goods, it is paid by the buyer.
In case of peak seasons such as shopping festivals, Christmas, and New Year, the delivery time shall be subject to the logistics company's delivery time.
✦ 中國買家特別注意
中國買家寄送需上傳清關證件，以利清關、讓包裹順利寄出。請在收到出貨通知Email後3日內，於順豐官網上傳清關證件。 (順豐清關回填)
✦ 出貨流程 / Shipment
下單完成結帳的訂單，將於1~2日內出貨。
於假日、下班時間下單者，將於隔日上班安排出貨。
若商品庫存不足，會使用Email通知延遲出貨，訂單將於所有商品到齊後一併寄出。
若訂單內含有預購商品，訂單將於預購發售日起，按照訂購日期順序出貨。
如訂單內有急需收到的非預購商品，請分兩筆訂單購買，會優先寄出非預購商品。
Once you place your order and complete checkout, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 days.
Orders placed on holidays or after business hours will be shipped the next day during business hours.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you via email of a shipping delay and your order will only be placed once all products are in stock.
If an order contains pre-order items, the order will be shipped in order date order starting with the pre-order release date.
If there are urgently needed non-pre-order items in your order, please purchase them in two installments, and the non-pre-order items will be sent out first.
